We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Feedback

6. Payment Terms

Fees

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with the following pricing structure:

  • Setup Fee: One-time charge for initial configuration
  • Usage Fees: Per-minute charges for voice services
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Ongoing access to platform features
  • Additional Services: Custom integrations and premium features

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified on our website. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable. Usage fees are charged based on actual consumption. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKODESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AKODESK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AKODESK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AkoDesk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in our platform or by contacting us at [email protected].

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AkoDesk is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, we agree to engage in good faith mediation before pursuing any other dispute resolution mechanism.
